"My wife and I worked with Vanessa Collura from Lucas’ office, and she was extremely helpful in switching our insurance policy from the previous insurer. She took her time working with us while gathering information for the policy and explained all aspects of the policy to ensure we understood the coverage provided. Vanessa was professional and laser focused during our various conversations. She was polite and professional on the phone, and extremely patient in answering our questions about the company, policy, and the premium breakdown. Vanessa was also helpful in reviewing the discounts we were eligible for including some that we weren’t even aware of. We also communicated with her via email, and I am pleased to say she responded in a very timely manner. It gives me confidence to know that I can get in touch with Vanessa and her team if I need – whether it is by phone, text, or email. Vanessa was not pushy like a salesperson and we feel very comfortable reaching out to her if we have any questions, need clarification, or if we require any assistance. She made the process painless and followed through on everything she promised (time frame, documents, questions, etc.).
